WooCommerce store went offline when their developer disappeared with the keys. We recovered access, rebuilt the site, and it's now taking more orders than before it went down.
Paid an agency to build their site. What they got was half-finished, slow, and fragile. We rebuilt it clean, trained the team, and still manage it today.
WooCommerce checkout was failing intermittently and nobody could figure out why. We traced it to a hosting issue and a misconfigured fulfillment tool. Orders flowing again.

I've been fixing websites and building digital systems since 2013 — and working in tech since 2008. Before Series 5, I spent years in enterprise IT at Deutsche Bank and HCL Technologies, where I learned how complex systems actually break and how to diagnose them under pressure.
Today I run Series 5 Technology as a small, focused operation. When you book a call, you're talking to me — not a sales rep, not an account manager, not a junior dev. I diagnose the problem, I scope the fix, and either I'm doing the work or I'm handing it off to someone I've personally vetted.
My bias: fix the real problem, not the symptom. Tell you what's actually going on, even when it's uncomfortable. Charge fairly for work done well.
